Long way back from WORTLEY

Hi all,

Great to have spent a wonderful two days with you all in Wortley.

Finally got to reach my mails today and was so surprised Ian had sent some mails round weeks back. I was just wondering why i hadn't got the mails until i checked my personal email today. I am so sorry , cos i don't check this often like my work mails.

Ok, the blog has been created and i expect people to start posting their stuff in it now. I will send the password and login details round. If you can't post your stuff directly, never mind, simply send the images and text to me by email and i will upload for you.

HAVE A LOVELY BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND.

Yomi.

About Me

Sheffield, United Kingdom
This blog is about my interest in international development issues especially the digital divide,ICTs, media and governance in Africa, child labour and actualisation of the MDGs. It was a project that started after I attended the GFTU's International Development Champions course in Wortley, South Yorkshire in 2005. I set up the blog as a collaborative portal for all the other participants to publish their works and projects. The aim is to sensitise other UK journalists and trade union members about the international development and globalisation issues and its implications for labour, migration and trade in the UK.
